The bushing sleeves on the Black Oxide Bar promises a reliable spin, and the snap ring design maintains optimal stability throughout any type of weightlifting programme —from basic high school or collegiate strength training programs to intense Crossfit and powerlifting workouts.
This 28mm Olympic Bar is 1500lb weight tested and features tempered and hardened chrome plate sleeves. The bar also includes high quality brass bushings for a reliable spin. There are dual Olympic knurl marks and a 16.2" chrome sleeve design.
