Shipping large items, like exercise equipment, can be more challenging than smaller packages that ship via FedEx or UPS. Transit times are longer, and appointments need to be scheduled for each delivery. We partner with major freight transportation and offer multiple delivery types to accommodate your needs.

All orders generally leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days unless notified otherwise. Once shipped the product is usually in transit roughly 6 business days depending on your exact location. Upgraded service, such as assembly, may add additional days for scheduling. As soon as your product ships, you will be sent a tracking number from the shipping company. This will let you know where your item is, and when to expect it.

• Curbside Delivery - FREE

  This type of delivery is offered free with the purchase of all SOLE equipment purchased form Kawartha Fitness. The driver will back the truck up as far as they safely can, and unload the product, but this may be at the end of the driveway. It's easiest to remove the product from the box and take it in one part at a time. The heaviest piece will require two people.

•  Delivery & Complete Assembly - $199-$299 Available within 50km of one of our stores only! We have temporarily suspended some home deliveries and assemblies. We realize this is inconvenient for many, but after taking into consideration guidelines and recommendations passed down by various agencies we have decided it is in the best interest for the health and safety of our customers and the general population to adhere to the guidance put forth. We do apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

At Kawartha Fitness, it’s our job to ensure that a failure in your product is never the reason why your workout routine gets interrupted. Each unit from the Sole production line is tested before being boxed thereby limiting out of box defects when the machine arrives at your home. Sole Fitness will not cut corners in manufacturing to try to save a buck, because they believe in the integrity of our brand, and they care as much about what happens after the sale, as before it.

That’s why all Sole units are backed by a true lifetime guarantee on things like motors and frames. Even our multi-year guarantees on parts and labor are included at no cost to the customer. 

It’s important to read the fine print on any warranty. Many companies offer warranties, but, they only cover what they consider to be “manufacturers manufacturing defect”. What’s the point of coverage if it doesn’t cover actually using the product? Sole Fitness is one of the only companies to offer true “wear and tear” coverage. You shouldn’t be penalized if you are within your warranty period and you need a part replaced, simply because you wore it out through normal use. You won’t find any exclusions like that in Sole manuals. So, go ahead, take your workout to the next level, we’ve got you covered! 

The Service Process

If you ever need warranty work, simply call or email our Kawartha Fitness. Our technicians and service network is based in Canada. They have direct access to production models, and can resolve many issues over the phone with some basic troubleshooting.

If the technician quickly identifies that your issue will need a hands-on approach, we will dispatch a local technician Sole Fitness Canada's network of independent service providers. We will also ship any parts that may be needed for the job directly to you. As long as you live within a few hours of any reasonably sized city, we will have local techs in your area. The average turnaround time from the moment you make your first call, until your unit is back up to factory standards, is about 5 days.
