Return & Refund Policy 

Since the on-set of the pandemic our industry has been and continues to be hit hard by global supply chain issues and sky rocketing increases to the costs of doing business. This has resulted in limited availability of stock on fitness equipment, and strain on the process of stock procurement and shipping. As a direct result of these implications on our industry we are not offering returns and or refunds at this time.

To be confident in your purchase, please reach out to our representatives with as many questions as possible to ensure you will be satisfied with your selection.

Furthermore, for localized clientele, many of the brands we carry are physically represented in our showrooms and we encourage our customers to arrange a workout with our staff to try before they buy.

While some other specialty retail vendors may offer limited returns/refunds at this time, they are typically shrouded in red tape, huge restocking fees, and ineligibility within the fine print to the point of being comical.
